Mission Statement
Emmanuel Senior Enrichment Center Inc compliments the caregiving needs of families through the provision of adult day services which enhance the social, physical and emotional well-being of frail and impaired adults.
Adult Day Care
Our center is designed as a group setting including both large and small groups with provision for individual activities as needed. The activities are adaptable and modifiable to allow for greater participation. All program activities are supervised by program staff. The activities include cognitive activities that stimulate thinking and creativity while providing opportunities for learning new skills. We offer daily physical activities to improve or maintain mobility and overall strength; and increase or maintain joint range of motion. The program offers pyschosocial activities daily to provide opportunities for social interaction as well as develop a sense of belonging.
Adult Day Health Services
Our Adult Day Health program provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, ambulation or toileting as needed by individual particiapnts. Our Health Care Coordinators or licensed Register Nurses who provide health care monitoring of each participants general health and medical regimen. We provide periodic assessment of vital signs, weight, dental health, general nutrition and hygiene of each participant. The Health Care Coordinators provide assistance to participants and caregivers with medical treatment plans, diets and referrals as needed. All participants are provided health education progrmas on a regular basis. Each participant has a care plan that is developed by Health Care Coordinator that includes input from care managers, staff, medical proivders, the participant and family caregivers. We offer first aid treatment as needed.
Schedule a No Cost Visit
We invite you to schedule a no-cost no obligation first-day visit at our program. The potential participant will participate in the program for half a day. Our staff will conduct an assessment and determine if we are able to accomodate the person at our program. If our program is able to accomodate we will provide the family with

I worked for Emmanuel Senior Enrichment Center for 6 years The only reason I left was to be closer to home I enjoyed every minute of it I do recommend this establishment for your loved ones The staff was great very loving and caring and that made the work day go by very quickly your loved ones will be taking care of to the fullest and get the opportunity to experience different activities throughout the day along with meals and snacks provided I will just say this it is home away from home – Tenisha B.
